Summary: Hold our LONG from $146.28 on 3/31/2026; daily chart at 147.32 shows stochastics crossing higher from oversold levels, RSI climbing neutrally at 48, and price rebounding off 140 support with the recent low forming a higher low in consolidation.

The position is only slightly green but the technicals are improving after the late March shakeout. MACD is still negative but the histogram is flattening and the slow stochastic %K has now edged above %D for the first time in several bars, which often precedes short-term bounces in this name. Price is sitting right around the SMA while the EMA is only a couple points higher, not a strong rejection. Volume on the up day was lighter but the intraday recovery from 140.51 to close near the high shows buyers stepped in aggressively.

Looking back at the last few months, PLTR has been choppy between roughly 130-160 after the bigger correction from the 200+ highs late last year. We've taken multiple small losses on whipsaws, so I'm not looking for a home-run move here—just a tactical hold while momentum builds. If we push above 150-152 with conviction and RSI clears 55, it could retest the 160 area from March. Downside risk looks limited to the 140-142 zone where we just bounced, so the reward/risk on the existing long still favors staying in rather than selling for a tiny gain or flipping to short.

No major catalyst immediately ahead until next earnings in May, but the technical repair in the very short term is enough to keep the position rather than go to cash right now. If tomorrow closes weak under 144 or stochastics roll over again, we'd quickly reevaluate and exit. For today, the evidence points to holding the long.
